Contract Transport Services (CTS) located in Green Bay, WI, is changing the norms of the trucking industry one day at a time. If you haven’t made the switch to CTS in 2016, here’s what you missed!

CTS employees that have been with the company for at least a year get to enjoy a Packers game from the CTS suite at Lambeau, and there’s no other company in the industry that entertains their employees in such a fashion. To expand on that amazing opportunity, CTS went to the lengths of getting a shipping container converted into a tailgate zone for the enjoyment of all employees to take in the gameday atmosphere.

CTS shows major support for military veterans in its hiring efforts as well as honoring these past, present, and future heroes with five wrapped trucks. Each branch of the military is represented, with two additional trucks being wrapped in support of the police and the fire department respectively. For every loaded mile driven by each of these trucks, 2 cents is donated to local charities in support of veterans, police officers, and firefighters. CTS also wrapped a trailer with a mural in similar fashion. Drivers and their families are invited to partake in local parades with the wrapped trucks and trailer throughout the year.

With a huge emphasis on family and a culture of community, CTS is one of the few places in the trucking industry that allows for drivers to be home after every shift. The annual company picnic at Bay Beach is a fun celebration of family complete with a pig roast, face painting, free ride tickets, and more.

The annual CTS Christmas Party is another fabulous event where employees and their families get the whole package- food, contests and prizes for kids, balloon animals, professional family photos with Santa, and unbelievable door prizes for employees. An all-expense paid hunting trip to North Dakota, a Charter fishing trip for 6, gift cards, a laptop, 55” flat screen TV, and many more prizes were given out at the 2016 Christmas Party. An autographed rolling stones guitar was raffled off at the party as well.
