SUMMARY
The Shop Data Entry Specialist position is a key administrative role within the shop. The individual is responsible for maintaining data entry integrity and maintenance history utilizing a Fleet Information Management System and its capabilities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: (OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED)
Sustain proficiency in respective TMT maintenance modules to include Transman and AMS Web. Leverage AMS WEB reporting functionalities to manage core responsibilities.
NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Forge professional relationships with Vendor POCs
· Demonstrate knowledge through clear written and verbal communication skills
· Understand and efficiently complete all delegated tasks
