We’re hiring CDL truck drivers in the Appleton, Green Bay, Fond Du Lac, Manitowoc, Milwaukee, Wausau, Upper Michigan and Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN areas and we want you to join our team. Drive for the company that is a strong career partner to over 100 truck driving professionals, most who are home daily, with an average base pay of just shy of $67k for full-time drivers, with many of our top earners in the $70-80k range. In addition to this, CTS implemented a pay increase in January 2022 based on tenure, shown in the table (left) as well as an increase in our Guarantee Minimum Pay, now at $225 per day. We know it’s important to provide a level of consistency for our drivers if freight slows down, so with this program it is a guarantee of $60k/year for full time drivers.
