You made a large investment in your future when you purchased your own truck and decided to run your own company. However, maybe you haven’t found the right place to maximize your business potential, and that’s where CTS comes into play. Put your strengths to work and welcome the business opportunities of driving for a company that prides itself on treating you as well as its customers.
In 2021, Owner Operators contracted with CTS earned an average revenue of $195,000. That’s because the CTS Owner Operator Program has components designed to help you maximize your revenue potential and still have work life balance.

What sets us apart from others is that we pay you deadhead, so no matter if you’re hauling a full load or a completely empty trailer, you’re still getting paid. You’ll be paid $1.05 per mile on both empty and loaded dispatched miles; plus an additional $.05 per mile when completed quarterly mileage is 33,000 or more; plus $.01 per mile if you have no coachable events with DriveCam for the quarter.

The FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse Rule takes effect January 6, 2020. The rule establishes a secure, federal online database that will give employers, FMCSA, State Driver Licensing Agencies, and State law enforcement personnel real-time information about CDL driver drug and alcohol program violations.
Prospective employers are NOT permitted to allow CDL holders or CLP holders to perform in a safety sensitive function until Clearinghouse query details have been obtained.
CDL holders and CLP holders applying for commercial driving positions MUST register in the FMCSA Clearinghouse to provide electronic consent to release detailed drug and alcohol program violation(s) to a current or prospective employer.
